Return & Refund Policy – Custom & Personalized Items
All of our products are custom-made address labels created to your specifications. Because each order is uniquely tailored to you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Personalized items have no resale value, and we are unable to restock or resell them.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care to ensure your labels are printed correctly and arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@primocans.com within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and, if the error is on our part, we will reprint and replace the item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Because our products are fully customized, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if an issue arises due to a production error on our end, please contact us, and we will provide a reprint or replacement as needed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized items, except in cases where there is a clear defect or mistake caused by us. We cannot be responsible for typos or incorrect information provided by the customer, so please ensure all details submitted for printing are accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
