These terms apply to purchases from Primo Cans at primocans.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Custom, made-to-order products
Every label is produced to your specifications. The live preview on our site shows your label's layout; the finished print may vary slightly in color, size, and spacing, and we may adjust spacing and sizing slightly so everything fits cleanly and stays readable. You're responsible for checking all details you enter, including spelling, numbers, and names. We print exactly what you enter.
2. Orders
Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for content that is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or appears fraudulent, with a full refund for any cancelled paid order.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Production, shipping, and returns
Production and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy, including standard production of 3–5 business days and optional Rush Processing. Returns, reprints, and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and the Primo Guarantee described in our FAQ.
5. Product use
Primo Cans labels are designed for garbage, recycling, and compost bins. Apply them to a clean, dry surface following the included directions. Outdoor life depends on conditions; we aren't responsible for damage from improper application, or for lost, stolen, or damaged bins.
6. Content you submit
You confirm you have the right to use any address, name, or business name you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Primo Cans name, logo, site design, photos, and text belong to Primo Cans and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it's posted.
